Delete your account

You can delete your Rallis account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.

In the app

1. Open Rallis and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@rallis.club from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us your @username instead. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

What’s deleted

• Your profile: name, @username, photo, bio, sports and levels, and home area.
• Your sign-in methods, sessions and registered phones.
• Who you follow, who follows you, your blocks, and your activity and notification history.
• Games you host that haven’t happened yet. Players in them are told the game is cancelled.
• Crews you own. Games already posted to them stay, visible to the same members by invite.

What stays

• Messages you sent in game chats and scores of games you played stay visible to the other players, shown as from a deleted player.
• Past games you hosted stay for the people who played them, with the host shown as a deleted player.
• Photos you added to other people’s games stay with those games, without your name.
• Reports you made about content stay with our moderation records, without your name.
• Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days. We may keep what the law requires, or what we need to stop abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
